• Factoring application form.
  
• Copy of the trade registry gazette(s) in which your company's articles of incorporation, as well as any amendments to it, if any, were published.
  
• Tax office-certified copies of your balance sheets, income statements, and their footnotes for the most recent three fiscal years. If your application is being made in an interim period, a trial balance for this period needs to be included.
  
• A detailed general trial balance for the most recent balance sheet.
  

Documents needed to draw up and sign the factoring contract:

Depending on your company's legal status, the originals or notarized copies of the following documents will be required:

Joint-stock, limited, and collective companies:

• Record of authorized signatures issued during the most recent year and copies of any trade registry gazettes in which the board of directors' resolutions concerning them were published.
  
• Up-to-date power of authority obtained from the trade registrar indicating those with power of signature.
  

Sole proprietorships and unincorporated partnerships:

• Notarized signature specimens.
  
• Evidence of registration with the trade registry obtained from the trade registrar or some other required registration agency or professional chamber etc (required separately for each partner, if applicable).
  
• Notarized copies of the identity cards and statements of residence for those who will be signing the contract in the capacity of authorized signatory or guarantor.
